NOW HIRING IN CAMP HILL, PA!Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner.
PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team at Long Meadows.
This position will allow you to use your handyman skills and provide customer service skills at the same time. When you join PMI, you are joining a stable and growing employee-owned management company at the forefront of the real estate industry that has been in business for over 55 years.

Rate : Starting at $18 / hour depending on skills and experience.
Hours : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm.

Role and Responsibilities :
- Assist with resident work orders in apartments.
- Assist with turnover of apartments.
- May perform grounds / landscaping work as needed.
- Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC in apartments.
- Appliance repair.
- Customer service.
- Rotating on-call with an on-call bonus!
- Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred.
- Working cell phone.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Valid PA Driver's License and reliable and insured transportation.
- High School Diploma / GED.
