A company is looking for a Bilingual FHA Mortgage Origination - Customer Service Specialist.Key Responsibilities : Provide excellent customer service, responding to calls and emails on FHA guidelines and proceduresUtilize mortgage industry knowledge to locate answers and follow standard operating proceduresDocument all contacts in a database and stay updated on FHA mortgage processesRequired Qualifications : High School diploma or GED certificateMinimum of 2 years of mortgage origination experienceMinimum of 1 year of contact center or telephone customer service experienceAbility to obtain a Public Trust Security clearanceAbility to work an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday between 8 am to 8 pm ET
