Introduction to the team

As an SEM Manager, you will :
- Monitor the day-to-day performance of SEM campaigns.
- Optimize and manage SEM campaigns to internal target KPIs, executing on the fundamentals of Search Marketing.
- Identify growth opportunities, initiating test hypothesis and prioritizing scale out of winning tests to improve SEM performance.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to delve deeper into performance fluctuations, offering actionable recommendations to enhance our SEM strategies.
- Provide guidance to the Leadership Team on market trends and recommendations to adjust portfolio behavior to maximize opportunities and returns.
- Manipulate massive data sets using SQL / Python to identify and prioritize optimization opportunities.
- Constantly test and learn to improve campaign performance.
- Maintain internal and external collaborations on strategic initiatives.
- Deliver impactful analysis regarding key market forces / changes and apply analytics to present tangible business actions / solutions.
Experience and qualifications :
- 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing and quantitative analysis.
- Extraordinary analytical skills, including data manipulation and financial analysis.
- Comfortable working with SQL; Python and R can be beneficial.
- Track record in SEM or similar growth channel is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Great collaboration skills and a good understanding of online marketing / ecommerce.
- Excellence in implementation, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $110,500.00 to $155,000.00 . Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $177,000.
