• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the optometry department and ensuring efficient and effective time management among staff members.
• It is crucial for the office manager to demonstrate a compassionate and patient-centric approach when interacting with our elderly patients.

This includes addressing their concerns, ensuring their comfort, and striving for their satisfaction.
