Job Summary
The primary role and responsibility of a Chick-fil-A Colonial Heights Team Member is to uphold our

Responsibilities & Expectations
- Takes personal ownership of the Chick-fil-A brand and purpose
- Willingly serves with excellence in all areas of the business : dining room, front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen
- Exceeds all Food Safety regulations
- Adheres to Team Member Handbook policies
- Provides REMARKable customer service during all encounters with guests
- Moves quickly and with a sense of urgency to meet the needs of guests and the team
- Goes the Second Mile to serve guests beyond order taking and fulfilling meals
- Proactively seeks opportunities to serve, clean, stock, etc.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

- Standing and walking up to 8 hours / day
