This is Non-Medical Direct Care. Duties and Responsibilities : Provide personal care services of a non-medical nature, according to an approved plan of care Supports clients by aiding with the Activities of Daily Living or ADLs (bathing / dressing / toileting / hygiene / meal prep / assistance with meals / mobility monitoring / medication reminders Helps family members or primary caregivers care for the client by teaching appropriate ways to transfer, turn, and re-positioning if necessary Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy client environment by following agency standards and procedures Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities Enhances service reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests;
