job_description.job_card.job_descriptionManaging, maintaining, and supporting PACS and related medical imaging applications Leading projects to implement medical imaging applications and upgrades Ensuring integration with RIS, EMR / EHR, and other healthcare systems Troubleshooting issues and coordinating vendor support Training users and promoting best practices in imaging workflow and security 3+ years of experience administering PACS or medical imaging systems Strong understanding of DICOM standards, HL7 integration, and medical imaging workflows Familiarity with RIS, HIS, and EMR / EHR systems (experience with eClinicalWorks is a plus) Knowledge of networking, server management, and database systems Experience with cloud-based PACS platforms preferred Ability to troubleshoot, optimize workflows, and collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and IT teams Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or related field (or equivalent experience) CIIP or other IT certifications are a plus
