About The Position

- Join a new orthopedic spine unit with 34 beds and a team of 50 staff members.- Work closely in a cohesive team environment that includes 1 Charge Nurse Coordinator (CNC), 6 Registered Nurses (RNs), and 3 Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) during the day shift.
- Typical patient ratios are 6 : 1 on average.- Utilize Meditech for electronic medical records (EMR) management.- Engage with a patient demographic requiring procedures such as total joint and spine surgeries.
