Responsibilities :
You ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and customer service
You go the extra mile to drive sales
You maintain stock and the appearance of the store
You actively seek out and engage with customers in-store
You remain up-to-date and knowledgeable on all products offered and discuss available options
You work as a team with other sales associates to ensure proper customer service
You build trusting relationships with customers
Requirements & Qualifications :
You have previous experience as a sales associate
You have a basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
You are proficient in the English language
You have solid communication and interpersonal skills
You are customer service focused
You are Available : Days, Nights, Weekends and Holidays
You are 18 years of age or older
You have a High School diploma or GED preferred
