About The Position
Job Title : Rehabilitation Therapist Job Specialty : Occupational Therapist Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Monday-Friday, Day Shift Guaranteed Hours : 32 hours per week Experience : Open to new graduates;
experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is preferred. License : State License Required Certifications : None specified Must-Have : Completion of prescreening, resume, and license verification at submission.
Covid test 72 hours prior to start date with results available 48 hours before starting. Job Description : Ensure that the prescreen is filled out and attached upon submission.
- Attach resume and license verification; failure to do so will result in the candidate being declined.- Experience in working with various county criminal checks spanning 7 years for all counties lived and worked.
- Conduct federal criminal checks, multi-state criminal searches, and nationwide sex offender searches spanning 7 years or more.
- Perform HHS / OIG Search and GSA Search.- Complete Social Security Number Trace.- Submit evidence of 2 Step PPD or Quantiferon tests, or proof of positive PPD with Chest X-Ray.
- Conduct SAM Search.- Undergo background checks including Washington State Background with Fingerprints, conducted by the facility.
- Bilingual and holiday coverage are not required.
