We seek a talented Sustainment Support Data Architect to design, prioritize, and transform sustainment configurations and business operations for a special program.

In this role, you’ll architect data solutions, lead training for enhanced operations, and collaborate with top-tier Defense leaders to shape the future of military technology.

Qualifications :

• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields
• 3+ years of experience with data modeling (SQL, JavaScript, UML)
• Required Certifications : Pega Certified Data Scientist, Pega Certified Senior Systems Architect (PCSSA)

The ideal candidate for this role will be a strategic and detail-oriented professional with a robust background in designing and architecting complex data systems.

They will excel in understanding and translating sustainment configuration needs into actionable data solutions as prioritized by the Product Owner and Integrated Product Team.

The candidate will have a deep knowledge of data architecture and business operations, ensuring that the automation components effectively utilize the correct data from appropriate sources for digitization efforts.

They should be adept at developing comprehensive training curricula and materials for both new and transformed business processes, delivering training across various formats including in-person, virtual, and hybrid settings.
