Upon police referral, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and reaching out to youth and families. Remarkably, 85% of the families we contact choose to pursue our services, which are organized into three tiers : Therapy Services, Clinical Case Management, and Resource Coordination.
This tiered approach empowers families to define and pursue their individual goals, ensuring a customized and effective intervention.
