About The Position

- Observe, assess, and record symptoms, reactions, and progress of patients.- Make nursing rounds, take and record vitals, and manage prescribed medications and treatment plans.
- Monitor patients in isolation or detention, ensuring timely medical intervention during emergencies.- Oversee health care for 20-60 bedridden patients, including medication administration and direct care as needed.
- Perform specialized procedures such as IV therapy, wound care, dialysis, and more.- Organize and lead "code blue" team efforts.
- Direct healthcare staff, ensuring high-standard patient care.- Assist physicians in patient evaluations and diagnostic processes.
- Conduct clerical tasks such as charting, documenting medications, and ordering supplies.- Serve as a liaison between the nursing department and other organizational units.
- Serve as an instructor or member of problem-solving teams as needed.- Maintain knowledge of professional nursing procedures and relevant regulations.
- Operate medical equipment proficiently (e.g., stethoscope, otoscope, blood pressure cuff, EKG machine).Note : Please ensure all applicants are aware of the weekend work requirement.
