Project Manager / Sales Associate
Our company is looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager to join our awesome team. Your responsibilities in this role will include developing and sustaining relationships with existing customers and identifying potential new customers, which includes generating new leads and responding to company leads.
As a bridge between the company and customer you will be providing assistance and product information, and resolving issues.
You will also assist in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals and monitor customer accounts through successful project completion.
Additionally, you will track sales activity within our client relationships management tool.
To be successful as a Project Manager you should have exceptional communication, product knowledge, problem-solving, adaptability, and organizational skills.
Assist customers in finding what they are looking for and determining which product best suits their needs
Continually develop and improve customer service skills.
Learn and be knowledgeable about the company’s products and give customer’s honest feedback on our services
Work with co-workers to optimize customer satisfaction.
Create valuable and trusting relationships with customers
Handle sales transactions
Attend and engage in team meetings
Prepare and maintain reports on sales activities and outcomes
Requirements
1-3 Years of sales experience
Physical ability to lift ladders, walk properties, and perform rooftop inspections
Friendly and professional demeanor
Strong communication skills
Understanding of sales principles and methods
