As part of our US-based team, you will assume full responsibility for establishing and guiding the Fintech sales division.

Your role will involve cultivating and converting leads from our extensive pipeline of fintech opportunities at Ascenda, while also identifying fresh targets poised to leverage our premium rewards offering.

Join our dynamic sales force as one of its earliest team members, contributing to the development of our marketing and sales strategies as we strive for hypergrowth.

Our team spans 20 cities worldwide, with dual headquarters in Singapore and the US, totaling 250 team members.

The Role : Staff Product Manager, Rewards (Retail Brands)

As a crucial member of our Product team within the Retail space, you'll be instrumental in driving the success of our product offerings.

Your primary focus will revolve around harnessing the capabilities of the product to delve into the intricate needs of loyalty platforms.

Your role will be pivotal in unlocking boundless potential by ensuring seamless integration of Ascenda’s product with our customers' existing marketing stacks.

As a Staff Product Manager, you will operate at the nexus of our Engineering, Business Development, Go-To-Market (GTM), and Partnership teams, fostering collaboration and synergy across these critical areas to drive product innovation and market success.

Your Impact

  • Manage the Card Link Office and Affiliate Office, ensuring rewards are appropriately distributed based on user interactions.
  • Oversee Retail Brands operations globally, with a specialization in maintaining an exciting and up-to-date rewards ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with the tech team to resolve technical issues and assist in implementing client technologies.
  • Lead the exploration and entry into new international markets, including researching and developing go-to-market strategies.
  • Source and manage relationships with clients, align internal stakeholders, and understand supplier needs for effective implementation.
  • Scale and optimize content showcasing globally through portal development and process implementation.

Who You Are

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience working directly with retail brands.
  • Experience in entering new markets and conducting international business.
  • Technical proficiency, especially in software engineering with a focus on backend systems.
  • Ability to implement solutions using client technologies and APIs.
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder management and cross-functional discussions.
  • Leadership qualities and a consulting-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in go-to-market strategies, third-party integration, and content management, especially in the retail or ecommerce sectors.
  • Familiarity with scaling operations with various partners and managing fly management content catalogs.
