Guest Services Representatives (Remote)

Responsibilities : Outstanding Customer Support : Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers in planning and arranging their travel itineraries.
Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and efficiency. Knowledgeable Resource : Stay informed about trends, products, and services within the travel industry.
Share insights and recommendations to enhance the customer's travel experience. Provide accurate information regarding travel itineraries, policies, and procedures.
Problem Resolution : Effectively resolve customer issues and concerns to ensure a positive outcome. Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex problems.
Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate and detailed customer records. Generate reports on customer feedback and common issues to contribute to ongoing improvements.
Upselling and Cross-selling : Identify opportunities to enhance the customer's experience through additional services or upgrades.
Promote loyalty programs and special offers. Qualifications : Previous experience in customer service is preferred. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are essential. Passion for travel and a keen interest in exploring new destinations are highly desirable.
Education : High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education or certification in travel and tourism is advantageous.
