Japanese company seeks a Japanese Bilingual Product Specialist -Elk Grove Village. IL
product specialist is a person in the product management field who is responsible for managing relationships with partners and customers, understanding their needs, and ultimately creating new products based on those insights.
1. Knowledge Sharing :
a deep understanding of a specific product's features, benefits, and applications.
explain mutual connections, dependencies, and answer complex technical queries.
2. Education and Documentation :
Develop documentation for new developments and train other departments and clients on different aspects of the product.
3. Customer Insights :
Analyze extensive customer feedback to propose potential product updates and identify trends.
4. Market Research :
Perform market research to identify new market niches and assess whether specific features or products will be appreciated by the client base.
5. Competitor Watch :
Keep an eye on other players in the market and flag potential dangers or opportunities for their own product.
6. Product Development :
Take over from a product manager to finalize development tickets or even lead entire initiatives when the PM's plate is too full.
7. Strategy Support :
Assist product managers in gathering insights that inform product strategy and other high-level development plans.
