Qualifications :

• Leadership, Communication, and Interpersonal skills
• Data-Driven Result Oriented : Analytical, in-depth experience in Office Project Management within Commercial paint, takes a proactive approach to problem-solving, coupled with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing circumstances, able to strategize and navigate challenges with ease, employing your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and deliver successful outcomes.
• Self-motivated attitude, teachable mentality, and coachable spirit
• Direct Estimator not required- but does need to understand the estimating process.
• Proficient with Planswift, Bluebeam, Core-Con.
• Due to safety-MUST BE Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Located near or willing to relocate to Nashville, TN.
