About The Position
Job Title : CT Technologist Job Specialty : Radiology / Cardiology Job Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Mid 5x8-Hour (15 : 00 - 23 : 30) Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Minimum of 1 year required License : Pending license accepted Certifications : BLS, ARRT (CT), NMTCB (Preferred), OBMI required Must-Have : Epic experience Job Description : - The CT Technologist will work under the direction of a board-certified radiologist.
- Responsible for the optimal completion of all procedures utilizing a computed tomography (CT) scanner. - May be assigned to various hospital or clinic locations based on departmental needs.
- Weekend work is required. - First-time applicants are accepted. - No on-call requirement. - Floating within the hospital is expected, but not to sister hospitals.
- Not open to accommodating block schedules unless explicitly stated. - Locals are accepted, and the same rates apply. - A stroke-certified center with two Philips 128 slice scanners managing ER, inpatient, and outpatient cases.
- Must have experience with charting systems, specifically EPIC. - Compliance with documentation must be met one week before the start.
- Return staff policy requires a gap of 6+ months.
