Construction Accounts Receivable

Accounts Receivable :

  • Process monthly contract billings, time and materials, and change-orders on Excel, Textura, Procore or Trimble.
  • Knowledge of AIA billing forms G702 / G703
  • Create necessary support documentation such as schedule of values, lien releases, affidavits and application of payment forms.
  • Ensure that vendor lien releases are requested in a timely manner and reported to customers through email, Texture, Procore and Trimble.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to collect estimated project billings and change orders.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Maintain and update records of all accounts receivable activities.
  • Regularly review accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue accounts.
  • Process and track change order requests and approved change orders.

Insurance :

  • Add new vehicles and equipment
  • Create folders for each addition
  • Handle all Workers’ Compensation, Automobile and General Liability Claims
  • Create folders for all new claims and update records as necessary
  • Keep OSHA 300 Log current and updated each year and with each incident
  • JHA Reports

Qualifications :

  • 5 years of experience in the construction billing industry.
  • Proficient in Textura, Procore, Trimble, MS Office, Adobe.
  • Proficient in AIA Billing forms.
  • 5 years of overall construction administration experience.
  • Experience with lien releases and preliminary notices.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others.
