Adobe's Applied Science and Machine Learning team is looking for a senior full-stack engineer to develop evaluation systems for the latest generative models.

Evaluation science is a dynamic group of engineers and researchers with expertise spanning software engineering, web development, machine learning, and human-computer interaction.

You will have an opportunity to work with the latest AI-supported tools and conceptualize approaches to understand how to make them easier and safer to use for creative professionals and everyday users alike.

An ideal candidate is a full stack engineer with 5+ years of work experience. You will work closely with machine learning engineers, researchers, and product managers to develop end-to-end systems for evaluating Adobe Firefly, Adobe's suite of generative models.

Main responsibilities :

Independently prototype and develop React web applications with complex interaction patterns, flexible components, and efficient backend.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to conduct evaluation studies with multiple iterations of generative models.

Analyze and improve the efficiency and scalability of web applications.

Building CI / CD pipelines

Minimum requirements :

Deep understanding of latest front-end development technologies, including JavaScript frameworks such as React UI, and a strong foundation in CSS and TypeScript.

Expertise in backend technologies such as node.js, flask, etc.

Experience building CI / CD pipelines from scratch.

Familiarity with Python.

Nice to have :

Active participation in design and architecture discussions

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently and take initiatives.

Familiarity with public cloud technologies such as AWS EC2, S3, and RDS.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.

The U.S. pay range for this position is $124,000 $234,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.

Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
