We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service over the phone.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure their overall satisfaction.

- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers in resolving product or service-related issues.
- Provide accurate information on company products and services.
- Document customer interactions and feedback efficiently.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
- Manage customer accounts and update records as necessary.
- Follow up on escalated cases to ensure resolution satisfaction
