Responsibilities

Revolution is now hiring for a Business Development Representative to support the Mesquite Commercial Business. We are looking for a proven Sales leader who is dynamic, ambitious, and highly energetic with a passion for consistently achieving goals, targets, and revenue.

This position will report directly to our Manager of Business Development and be involved in a broad range of activities, including cultivating relationships between customers and providers of goods and services.

This role offers the flexibility of working remotely from anywhere in the United States with a preference near our Dallas, TX operation, or near a large airport.

  • Prospect for potential new customers based on business directories, leads and referrals from existing customers.
  • Deliver presentations and quotes on company products.
  • Consistently meets sales and gross profit-related goals.
  • Manage a well-developed pipeline of new prospects and expanding and penetrating existing customers.
  • Understand marketplace dynamics and competitors to support profitable sales growth.
  • Support national sales efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years in demonstrated relevant sales experience.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proficient computer skills in relevant software systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Customer-oriented with strong negotiation skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven problem solver.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time, and work trade shows, which may require weekend travel.
