Job Overview :
Augment Jobs is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects.
In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical deliverables.
Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels will be critical to the success of our projects.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the planning and execution of multiple technical programs from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and other teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation, and risk management plans.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in tools like Jira, Trello, or similar.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies is a plus.
