We work on the most challenging problems, with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain and we’re looking for talented people who want to help.

You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles.

You’ll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers.

And you’ll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.

Are you a leader who wants to own critical, highly scalable systems, and foster innovation? Can you attract and grow the engineering talent needed for those kinds of challenges?

Are you skilled at managing complex projects that require interacting with multiple stakeholders while staying close to the detail?

We are looking for an experienced leader to play a key role in ensuring our networking platforms are operating and maintaining the high quality and reliability standards expected by our customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing ethernet networking product. You will be responsible for managing a diverse team of software and hardware quality engineers aligned to own the testing automation infrastructure and software for our networking platforms.

Your team will work with network development, datacenter deployment, engineering design and validations, and supply chain teams to support the quality delivery of our rack level platforms to our datacenters.

You will ideally have experience in developing, delivering and supporting hardware products that have sold in the millions, working closely with hardware design team as well as offshore design (JDM) and contract manufacturing (CM) partners.

You are expected to be a technical manager who can deliver through a high performing team. You must possess strong written communication skills, be self-driven and deliver high quality results in a fast-paced environment.
