Director of Operations Responsibilities :
- Oversee 360 Ops of your stores
- Coordinate with HR
- Lock down all financials
- Drive high-volume business to meet and exceed budget & forecast
Director of Operations Requirements :
- 7 years in operations, 3-5 at a senior level for a full service restaurant group
- Must be open to relocation to the Upper Midwest
- Scratch kitchen experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Hands-on management style, leads by example
- 50% travel
Director of Operations Benefits :
- Competitive market salary $120k-$140k DOE
