Job Description :
Our client is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead and manage a team of sales professionals while also engaging in sales activities to drive revenue and expand the customer base.
With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure that the corporate goals and objectives are met in a timely fashion.
Responsibilities :
- Heavy emphasis on Sales Leadership : Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales and business development professional
- Monitor compliance to and use of pricing models to ensure the corporate profit level goals of the Company.
- Oversee the business development, lead generation, and sales funnel process for new customer acquisition.
Compensation & Benefits :
- Base $200k
- Variable Bonus : $150k (target)
- OTE year 1 : $350k
- 401K *21 or older
- Profit Sharing - Eligible after 6 months
