Insurance Licensed Account Representative / State Farm Agent Team Member wanted for a local State Farm Insurance Agency

We seek candidates with the following qualifications :
- Positive attitude-Coachable-Strong Work Ethics-Strong Communication skills
- Insurance Knowledge : Current experience with insurance products and industry practices preferred
- Insurance Licenses required - Property and Casualty / Life and Health -
- Sales Experience : Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Customer-Centric : A strong commitment to providing outstanding service and building long-term relationships with customers.
- Goal-Oriented : A self-motivated and goal-driven individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

As a local State Farm Insurance Agency, our wide range of insurance and financial products (Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, Business, Life, Health Insurance and Financial Service) enables us to provide tailored solutions to existing and prospective customers.
Role & Responsibilities will include :
- Customer Relationship Management : Building strong and lasting relationships with existing and prospective customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and providing ongoing support
- Sales and Customer Acquisition : Engage with prospective insurance customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend personalized needs based insurance and financial products that align with their unique requirements
- Team Collaboration : Working closely with our team to achieve individual and team retention and sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
- Consultative Selling : Conducting in-depth consultations with customers, identifying their insurance coverage needs, and presenting suitable solutions in a clear and understandable manner
- Lead Generation : Proactively seeking out new insurance and financial services business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and community involvement.
