job_description.job_card.job_descriptionFUNDRAISING AND STRATEGY : 90% Oversee interest rate risk, analysis of credit risk Design and execute capital strategy to innovate enterprise quantum finance Project AiLifePay portfolio considering ethical, regulatory and security guidelines Operate at the intersection of technology, finance, and global AI governance Understand overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit and banking needs Expand the data used in credit decisioning by leveraging proprietary risk models and evaluating third-party data sources Conduct advanced analytics, including customer segmentation, optimization, predictive analytics, and machine learning, to manage risk and detect fraud Leading initiatives around originations (such as credit policy, initial line assignment, and risk-based pricing), account management, collections strategies, reporting, loss forecasting, and advanced analytics Bachelor's Degree required; PhD, MS, MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP preferred Passionate entrepreneur, have strong business instincts Develop and lead strategies to identify new sources of capital Strong familiarity with financial modeling techniques and valuation Experience raising funds with impact angels, VC, institutional investors Financial analysis, forecasting, planning, asset management and reporting

At AiLifePay Inc., you will become part of a quantum equilibrium driven ailifescore credit scoring company. Quantum-Inspired "Al-Life Score", new family of architecture is our newest innovation in financial services and driver of wealth creation. AI-Life Score utilizes a researched quantum analysis model to detect evolving arbitrage data in personal finance and wealth management. Our purpose is to provide lending and credit services, proactive fraud detection and decision underwriting, quantum-driven risk analytics and unified intelligence in an upcoming high-tech sector of Quantum Equilibrium Finance.
As an early-stage startup; we are looking for an extraordinary innovative and committed mind with experience in raising capital, running financial risk and investment management business. We are collaborative and entrepreneurial, and committed to build new products to unlock new competitive edge through cross-domain thinking to support our potential customers.
As Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer / Chief Operating Officer, you will play a crucial role in building and running Quantum Equilibrium Science Fintech company. This is a high visibility role, where you must understand in detail startups strategic finance needs (cash burn management, forecasting, KPI, investor materials preparation, growth strategies etc.) and play a pivotal role in crafting our strategies. Optimization is at the heart of finance, at AiLifePay you will make quantum part of your digital strategy. Lead optimizing financial workflows and services with our customers and integrate with the company’s future technology partners. A working knowledge of consumer lending, credit risks, data governance, compliances, and financial stability is required. Solutions will be deployed on hyperscaler clouds, as well within partner environments at both edge and cloud.
Skills
- Experience raising minimum $5M ++ funding
- Knowledge of Fundraising, Venture Capital, Private Equity, RIA
- Knowledge of transformer, its applications in financial services, Benchmarking
- Demonstrated understanding of wealth planning, credit, banking concepts
- Develop due diligence processes, evaluating legal and financial aspects
- Knowledge of credit performance and lending risk profiles, external Agency Investor requirements
