Lead Customer Service Representative

What You'll Do :
- Work alongside Team Members, modeling desired behaviors (Leads by Example)
- Utilize leadership skills to ensure team stays productive completing daily duties and projects
- Ensure C-Store employees are given breaks in accordance to company policy
- Trains team members on policies and procedures and provides feedback
- Communicates company initiatives to employees
- Inventory Control (Vendor relations)
- Control labor costs. (Make labor decisions based on business needs)
- Assist with daily administrative needs
- Advanced POS / DRB knowledge. (You will be troubleshooting unique customer situations)
- De-escalate customer issues
- Close store on occasion
What You'll Bring :
- Previous experience supervising others, preferably in a retail environment.
- Flexible schedule : including days, afternoons / evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- An outgoing, energetic personality with the desire to work in a team centered environment.
- Ability to bend, twist, and stand for long periods of time, to perform essential job duties.
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
- Ability to effectively communicate and follow directions.
- Willingness to follow company dress code and operational guidelines.
- Food Handlers Card (We will help you get this if you do not possess one)
