Our Third Key Holders are enthusiastic product experts who are flexible and adaptable to changes in the business. Their main focus is to observe and listen to their team, recognizing and coaching them to deliver an exceptional store experience.
They align their day with business needs and take action in order to successfully achieve sales goals. They embrace teamwork and focus on creating a positive environment for those around them.
