Assistant Property Manager Full Time - Direct Hire Covington, KY
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property Management Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our property management operations and ensuring a high level of satisfaction among our residents.
Your primary responsibilities will include :
- Assisting in property leasing activities, including showing units to prospective residents, screening applicants, and preparing lease agreements.
- Handling resident inquiries, complaints, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinating property maintenance and repairs, working closely with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of work.
- Maintaining accurate records of leases, contracts, and tenant interactions.
- Supporting the Property Manager with administrative tasks such as filing, reporting, and correspondence.
- Assisting with rent collection and financial reporting, ensuring all transactions are accurately documented.
Qualifications :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Schedule :
Monday - Friday 9am-6pm
Pay :
$36,500-41,600 annually
