OVERVIEW :
We are seeking a skilled Upholstery Repair Technician to join our team in Northern Colorado . The ideal candidate will gain experience with fabricating, assembling, and / or sewing various materials.
Knowledge of power tools, hand tools, auto interior restoration, and a passion for craftsmanship are highly desirable.
A history / background in customer service, reupholstering, upholstery repair, and / or car detailing will come in handy but not required.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES WE'RE SEEKING :
- Ability to work well without any day-to-day supervision
- Strong customer service skills with a polite and respectful demeanor
- Must have the ability to understand and respond to multiple customers’ requests within a given day and prioritize those requests
- Must have the ability to multitask with great organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Persistent and hard working
- Money motivated
- Hands-on problem solving experience
- Capability to work in all weather conditions
- A valid driver’s license
- May not be colorblind
- Must be agile; able to frequently stand and walk, enter and exit vehicles, boats, RVs, etc. with ease
