Lickety Split Air, Plumbing, Electric is looking to hire Service Plumbers for our growing business. If you have the skills and experience necessary to help build and grow a 5 star service company, then this is the job for you!
The role of the Service Plumber is to provide world class custom plumbing solutions for our clients. You will do so through the use of total immersion service systems and service systems software and option maker.
The Service Plumber will be responsible for following call by call management systems and procedures while ensuring best in class customer service.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently to properly diagnose and solve plumbing issues for our customers.
Our office is incredibly supportive, positive, excited and driven. We want each and every person to be the best that they can be.
The Service Plumber will play a big role in helping to move the company forward, so we are looking for a candidate who is excited to make an impact.

Service Plumber Responsibilities
- Provide complete whole house plumbing diagnostics and solutions on every call
- Diagnose the systems and the family
- Provide 6 customized and relevant solutions on every call
- Offer low affordable monthly payment options with all solutions
- Ensure each call is brought to a conclusion with no loose ends
- Make sure everything has been scheduled
- Maintain good company image
- Maintain a 4.9 star rating on all review platforms including Google, Facebook and Yelp
- Maintain truck stock
- Maintain a positive work culture environment
Service Plumber Requirements
Minimum 18 months of previous plumbing experience
Must understand the tools of the trade : drain equipment, cameras, jetting, pro press, gas systems, sewer
systems and water systems
Valid driver’s license
Clean driving record
Reliable and self-motivated
Excellent time management skills
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
