Project Estimator
Job Description :
This is a full-time on-site role located in Portland, OR. As a Fire Sprinkler Estimator / Project Manager at Company., you will be responsible for estimating and bidding on fire sprinkler projects.
This includes analyzing architectural and engineering plans, preparing cost estimates, creating proposals, and collaborating with clients and project teams.
Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of fire protection systems are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in fire sprinkler estimation or a related field
- Proficiency in reading architectural and engineering plans
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of fire protection systems and codes
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Associate degree or certification in fire protection or a related field (preferred)
