JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for developing, planning, organizing, and implementing an instructional program for Pre-Kindergarten Exceptional Student Education (ESE) students through curriculum, lesson plans, and educational programs, while ensuring that all procedures are followed to maintain safety and security and to meet federal, state, and local regulations.
EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in the field of Prekindergarten / Early Education, or related field
- Approval by or participation in a state-approved certification pathway program
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES & REGISTRATIONS
- Valid Florida Educator’s Certificate in Pre-Kindergarten / Primary PK-3 or District-issued adjunct certification
- Valid statement of eligibility
OTHER REQUIREMENTS :
All hires must meet the Early Childhood physical examination requirements.
