The Physical Therapist manages and provides skilled physical therapy to patients / clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account the individual patient special physical or age-related needs.

Requires skills in patient / client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient / client independence in accordance with the individual functional level and potential.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree From an accredited Physical Therapy Program or Master's Degree From an accredited Physical Therapy Program or .

From an accredited Physical Therapy Program.

  • Coursework / Training Occasionally a position will require specialized physical therapy training to meet a particular department need.
  • upon hire : Oregon Physical Therapist License.
  • within 30 days of hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
  • Occasionally a position will require specialized physical therapy experience to meet a particular department need.
