The responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following :
Safe and Efficient Operations : Operate company aircraft in full compliance with company policies, FAA regulations, ICAO guidelines, and manufacturer recommendations to ensure safety and efficiency.Exceed Expectations : Go beyond just meeting the needs of our customersprovide creative options and solutions as flight times and business needs evolve.Embrace Speed : Live our core competency of "Situational Adaptability" by ensuring timely, efficient flight operations and swift decision-making in a dynamic environment.Aircraft Stewardship : Maintain a clean and well-prepared aircraft, demonstrate pride in your role, and provide best-in-class service to our passengers.Proactive Safety Management : Actively participate in our Safety Management System (SMS) by identifying, reporting, and helping to mitigate safety issues.
