The Pool Attendant will be responsible for assisting all guests at the Pool / Beach facilities with towels, seating, equipment loans / rentals and request courteously and efficiently, according to hotel standards.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all supplies equipment and work areas and ensure guest safety and enjoyment.
Exemplifies the values and beliefs of Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding.
- Valid certification in first aid and CPR.
- Knowledge of pool equipment, chemicals and maintenance (preferred)
- Previous experience in similar position with a hotel.
- Ability to provide legible communication and do basic arithmetic.
- Ability to communicate in a second language (preferred)
- Ability to perform job functions in outdoor environment with exposure to sun, high temperatures, wind and the ocean.
- Ability to exert physical effort in transporting / handling equipment and supplies.
- Ability to endure abundant physical movements throughout the work areas.
