A company is looking for a Remote Appointment Scheduling CSR.Key Responsibilities : Answer inquiries via phone and email, assist in coordinating care for Veterans, and schedule medical appointmentsEnsure patient confidentiality, follow policies, and work effectively in a structured environmentAdhere to schedules, remain in the call queue, and perform other assigned dutiesRequired Qualifications : High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education1 year of call center experienceMinimum of 1 year experience in a medical or health insurance environment with knowledge of medical terminologyMust be able to type 35 WPM and have 2+ years of computer experienceSuccessfully complete training, pass background investigation, drug testing, and be bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
