Project Coordinator

Exciting opportunity to join a growing company! This is a great opportunity to advance in your career. We are looking for a driven individual who wants to move into a Project Manager position in the future.

You will work with Field Project Manager to ensure projects are effectively executed within budgeted cost, time schedules and ensure positive cash flow.

In addition, position is key interface with the customer and responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction, safety, and quality assurance on all assigned projects.

  • Send Welcome Letter
  • Plan Project with Field PM / Lead
  • Manage projects in Software tools
  • Own Financial Management
  • Assign tasks
  • Follow up on tasks assigned to colleagues
  • Ensure schedule constraints are being met
  • First line of communication with customer
  • Billings and A / R assist
  • Attend customer meetings as needed
  • Create Warranty Letter
  • Ensure turnover to service is completed
  • This is a 6 month contract-to-hire position. This position is hybrid you will be in the office 4 days a week and 1 day remote.

    REQUIRED SKILLS :

    1+ years in one of the following or similar; project coordination, billing coordination, booking coordinator, etc.

    • Must have a strong personality and be able to hold your ground
    • Highly organized as you will handle 30-40 small projects at one time
    • Experience interfacing with external customers
    • High energy and driven
    • Extremely organized
    • Thrive in a fast paced environment
    • Computer proficient
    • Proficient with MS Office
    • Excellent communication skills
