We are seeking a seasoned Estimator to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate individual who is ready to take on a pivotal role in our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in budgeting, cost analysis, project management, blueprint reading, scheduling, creating proposals, and using Blue Beam.

This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop comprehensive, detailed project budgets and cost plans to support construction projects.

2. Conduct thorough cost analysis for each project, ensuring all factors are considered and accurately accounted for.

3. Manage projects effectively from inception to completion, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

4. Read and interpret construction blueprints, ensuring a thorough understanding of the project's requirements.

5. Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are allocated and completed within the designated time frame.

6. Create compelling and detailed proposals for clients, demonstrating a thorough understanding of their needs and our ability to meet those needs.

7. Utilize Blue Beam software to enhance project efficiency and accuracy.

8. Collaborate with various teams including architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate estimations and smooth project execution.

9. Regularly review industry trends and pricing to ensure our estimates are competitive and accurate.

10. Present and explain project budgets and cost estimates to internal teams and clients.

Qualifications :

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.

2. Proven experience in budgeting, cost analysis, project management, and scheduling.

3. Proficient in reading and interpreting construction blueprints.

4. Experience in creating detailed, persuasive proposals.

5. Proficiency in using Blue Beam software.

6. Exceptional mathematical and IT skills.

7. Strong communication and presentation skills.

8. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

10. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
