Annual Salary Range : $48,000 - $250,000 plus unlimited commission. Starting Salary $48,000

LendSure Mortgage Corp is looking for a Mortgage Management Trainee to work out of Salt Lake City Utah.

Job Objectives Include :

• To train and develop college graduates for a career as an Account Executive in the wholesale mortgage banking industry.
• The applicant will train for four months in one of the most comprehensive mortgage programs offered by a wholesale mortgage company.

You will learn many aspects of the mortgage banking industry, including credit, income calculations, asset calculations, and appraisal reviews.

Upon successful completion of your training, you will have the underwriting and operations skills necessary to achieve your success as a highly compensated Account Executive in the wholesale mortgage banking sector.

Qualifications :

• A bachelor's degree is required. Preferred GPA 3.50 or higher.
• One year's sales work experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and math skills, with an emphasis on providing exceptional customer service.
• Exhibited ability to work independently.
• Proficient organization skills, time management, and ability to prioritize.
• Aptitude to work in a fast-paced environment .
• Military experience preferred.
