About The Position
Job Title : OR Tech Job Specialty : Surgery Job Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Day : 6 : 45 AM - 5 : 15 PM Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Minimum 2 years of surgical tech experience License : Not specified Certifications : Required - CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) Must-Have : Diploma Job Description : - Work in a main operating room setting equipped with 16 ORs, handling an average of 50 to 60 cases daily.
- Participate in a range of procedures, including hysterectomy, gynecology, total joints, general surgery, bariatric, ENT, thoracics, neuro spine, plastics, as well as utilizing the DaVinci Robot.
- Use of various surgical equipment is required. - EPIC charting experience is necessary. - Scrub colors are provided by the department (Blue).
- No requirement for reading tele strips or medication titration. - The position includes 40 hours of on-call duties over a 6-week period.
