Requirements :

• MUST be able to pass a background checks; and have a valid drivers license and a relatively clean driving record

• MUST be Tech Savvy
• Basic mechanical aptitude, and ability to perform regular manual labor
• Be able to learn by observation and hands-on experience

What Makes YOU Great

Licensed HVAC Journeyperson or Contractor in Connecticut

Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and installing residential heating and cooling components

Highly motivated

Knowledge and ability to apply local residential HVAC codes

Excellent customer service skills

Works well individually AND as part of a team

Willing to participate in continuing education and training

Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record

Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position
