Customer Service :
Below are the required qualities / expertise for the position, these are a must :
1. Speaking, writing perfect English with basic grammar rules
2. Computer literate familiar with Windows, Excel and Word basic knowledge, 10 key typing and 45 words per minute
3. Be able to handle high volume of emails
4. Must be able to work 3 rotated bi-monthly schedules : 7 : 30 am to 4 : 30 pm, 8 : 30 am to 5 : 30 pm, 9 : 30a am to 6 : 30 pm
5. Have worked in an office environment (Not Hostess or Server Customer Service)
6. Team player
