Shift : Monday - Friday (Full-Time) Hours : Must be willing to work 2x evenings per week until 8pm (Last patient is at 7pm) Comprehensive benefits crafted to support our team members in thriving across all facets of their lives, encompassing : Medical and prescription drug benefits that include medical coverage at 100% (after deductible) when utilizing a Duly provider.

Qualifications Degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculum. Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice including completion of appropriate coursework from an accredited university.
