Job Summary : The RN Manager – Critical Care directs nursing care in intensive care units, ensuring the highest standards of treatment for critically ill patients. This role involves supervising nursing staff, managing resources, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, direct, and coordinate critical care nursing services.
• Supervise and assess nursing staff performance, providing specialized training and support.

• Manage patient flow, staff scheduling, and resource allocation in the ICU.
