Overview :
Due to growth, RehabPilates Physical Therapy & Pilates Inc. is seeking a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedics position in San Leandro, CA .
Caseload / Patient Population :
The PT will work with a diverse caseload, including orthopedic diagnoses, pre / post-operative patients , and individuals of varying fitness levels for conditioning and injury prevention .
The ideal candidate is a team player with skills in manual therapy and a Pilates-based approach (Pilates training is helpful but not required).
Mentorship is available.
Work Schedule :
- Clinic Hours : Monday Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM.
- Full-Time or Part-Time : Full-time hours are available, and part-time candidates with at least 24 hours per week are considered.
- Flexible Hours : Schedules can be adjusted based on patient needs.
- Work-Life Balance : Full-time or part-time roles are available, with options to work 3-4 days per week.

Job Requirements :
- Education : Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent).
- Licensure : Eligible for California state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- New Graduates : New Grad PTs are welcome to apply.
- Spanish Fluency : Helpful but not required.
- Experience : Prior experience is not required, but mentorship will be provided.
