Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments in a timely manner
- Develop individualized care plans based on patient needs
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Document patient care and response to treatment
- Provide patient and family education
- Participate in staff development and training
- Maintain a healing and therapeutic environment for patients and families
Requirements
- Valid RN license in Tennessee
- BLS certification within 90 days of hire
- Previous experience in orthopedic / spine care preferred
- Ability to work up to twelve-hour shifts
- Strong communication and observation skills
